I use they/them pronouns
I am a queer-identified therapist. I come to this work with genuine curiosity and desire to hold space for your healing and growth. My aim is to help LGBTQIA+ folx, and others who have been marginalized by society, feel empowered to show up authentically and heal from past traumas. My style is warm, compassionate, and includes a healthy dose of humor.
When I'm not at work I love cooking for my loved ones, exploring new food, and being in nature.

Gender-affirming letters
Insurance requires one or more letters from a licensed mental health professional to approve gender-affirming care. For folks not already meeting regularly with a therapist, this requirement can be challenging due to cost, long wait lists, and availability of therapists.
I am committed to writing gender affirming surgery letters at no cost to the individual.

When and how do you see clients?
Sessions are offered in person and via telehealth:

Do you accept insurance?
I do not bill insurance directly and am considered an out-of-network (OON) provider for all insurance companies.
Do you offer reduced rate?
I do reserve a number of reduced fee spots in my practice for those experiencing financial hardship. Feel free to inquire about this and I will gladly let you know if I have any reduced rate spots open.
Do you only see queer people?
I do not exclusively work with the queer community. Most of my clients tend to be queer, but not all of them are.
What ages do you see?
I work with folks 18 or older.
How long are sessions?
The first session is 70-90 minutes. Each session after is 50 minutes.
